Between 2007 and 2013 Andreas worked as deputy head of fixed income department at MEAG, the asset management arm of global leading Munich Re Group. At MEAG he was responsible for a combined portfolio of around EUR 160bn.
In 2013 Andreas founded SKALIS Asset Management AG. As CEO he was responsible for the setup and succesfull growth of the Startup to over EUR 150m in assets under management.
Andreas holds a banking degree of the German chamber of commerce as well as one in finance and business administration of the Nuremberg University of Applied Science.
Between 2005 and 2012 Ilko was Senior structured solution sales executive at the French banking Group BNP Paribas, responsible for sales and marketing of capital market based credit structures. This included the restructuring of complex security portfolios as well as sourcing and structuring of alternative funding solutions.
After 2012 Ilko worked as advisor in the fields of capital markets, debt, mezzanine and equity capital sourcing as well as project outsourcing in Germany and Southeast Europe.
Ilko holds a Banking degree of the German chamber of commerce as well as one in finance and business administration of the Nuremberg University of Applied Science.
His entire work experience is dedicated to corporate banking. Between 2013 und 2016 Blagoy headed the SME corporate banking division at Eurobank Bulgaria.
Prior to 2013 Blagoy held numerous management positions at ABBG and UBB. Always with a strong focus on SMEs lending. As a credit officer in UBB, he acquired competence in SME banking and became a part of the team responsible for the development and introduction of the automated processing systems for SMEs. Following this, at ABBG he was responsible for the overall business development of SME operations in Bulgaria.
Blagoy holds a degree in EMBA from AUBG as well as Masters in Banking and Finance from University of Milano.
